GERMAN CHRISTMAS MARKET RETURNS TO BRISTOL CITY CENTRE

We are pleased to welcome the return of the Original German Christmas Market from 11 November to 22 December 2010.

Visitors can enjoy traditional German market stalls selling traditional crafts, gifts and mouth watering festive German food and drink.

The open air German Christmas Market will be located at The Podium, Broadmead East and on Merchant Street South.

Market opening times
• Thursday 11 November – Wednesday 22 December 2010
• Monday to Saturday 10am - 8pm, food and bar until 9:30pm
• Sundays – 10am to 7pm

Features
• Christmas pyramid, bar, cafe with seating area, Christmas decorations, lights and nativity scene
• 30 decorated wooden chalets with a good balance of food and craft with Christmas decorations, nativity scenes, wooden toys, baskets, gifts, soaps, lamps and amber jewellery
• Festive food and drink including gluhvein, bratwurst, waffles, apple rings, liquorice, chocolates and cakes 

The German market is not only a great place to do your Christmas shopping but also a time to enjoy the Christmas festive spirit, socialise and meet up with friends, work colleagues and family from Bristol and beyond.
