Get Involved

Whether you are a Broadmead retailer, a customer or just someone who is interested in Broadmead, your opinions and feedback are very important to us.

Our BID team will be driven by retailers and customers views, which is why we will consult as widely as possible at every stage. There are a number of different ways in which you can become involved.

Retailers are very welcome to join our BID 2 marketing group – a great opportunity to develop a close relationship with the Broadmead marketing team which will help you to maximise the impact of your promotional activities.  The group meets once a month for an hour.

We are making every effort to find out what our customers think of Broadmead and how they think we can improve their shopping experience.  In April, a sample of Broadmead customers were asked to take part in a short interview to gain a snapshot of their likes, dislikes, opinions and feedback.  This will be repeated on an annual basis so that we can measure the success of the BID 2 activity over time.  For more details of this research, email Jo Hawkins.

We have set up a BROADMEAD FOCUS GROUP which comprises interested customers meeting with us on a regular basis to give us their opinions and feedback about Broadmead.
Do you work in the centre, or maybe you’re a student in Bristol, perhaps you haven’t visited Broadmead before or prefer to shop elsewhere...
We are currently looking for new members for the Broadmead focus group. We meet on a monthly basis in a central location and discuss perceptions and experiences of shopping in Broadmead. What can be improved, what would make you shop there more frequently, potential events in Broadmead, how Broadmead should be marketed. If you have anything to say, good or bad we’d like to hear from you.
For more information, please email ruth.jones@brandonhill.co.uk

We have also set up a facebook group for Broadmead which provides the opportunity to share information with a large audience.  This will be updated regularly and includes the ability to upload photos, links, events and store offers.  Additionally, we have created a twitter profile, which is a social networking and micro-blogging service that enables users to send and read other users’ updates.  This will be utilised for providing updates on Broadmead activity and we can also upload links to relevant websites. Both sites provide the opportunity for anyone to share their thoughts on Broadmead with us.

Whoever you are, if you are interested in helping us to make Broadmead a better place, then please get in touch – we’re waiting to hear from you!
