Car parking - The Mall Bristol
At The Mall Bristol parking is easy, safe and secure and offers convenient access to The Mall shopping centre. It has 13 levels with 1000 parking spaces, and the main entrance is via Newgate and Fairfax St. Family First spaces can be found on Level C and Disabled spaces are on Level D.
Car parking - Cabot Circus
Cabot Circus has over 2500 car parking spaces available for customers, 24 hours 7 days a week. The car park is well lit and has a dedicated 24-hour security team.Cabot Circus Car Park has also received the Park Mark Award for safer parking.There are parent and child parking spaces on the ground, second, third and fourth floor. Disabled parking can be found on the ground and third floors. There are 3 spaces on both the first and second floor with charging points for electric cars.
Car valeting
A car valet service is available on level B of The Mall Bristol car park. Why not arrange to have your car cleaned while you shop. Prices start from £6.95. This is also a Park and Repair service available on Level B so you can even give your car a facelift while you shop! Park & Repair will sort out everything from chipped windscreens to torn seats, holes in your dashboard, scratched wing mirrors or bumpers to dented wings - and have your car back to you as good as new, in next to no time.
Valet parking - Cabot Circus
If you're driving to Cabot Circus but don't want the hassle of parking, simply drive to the Valet Parking reception on Broadweir, located close to Harvey Nichols. Your car will be securely parked in The Cabot Circus car park and when you need it back, call or send a text message to reception and they will have it ready for you when you return.
This service costs £15 and you can leave your car for the entire day.

Toilets
Toilets - The Mall Bristol
Public toilets can be found on the top floor of The Mall Bristol. Toilet facilities for the disabled are available on all three levels of The Mall. The Mall Bristol’s newly refurbished Parent & Baby room has two changing mats, two private feeding cubicles as well as a toddler toilet.
Toilets - Cabot Circus
Toilet facilities can also be found in Cabot Circus on level 1 next to Henleys and on level 3 past Frankie & Benny's. Disabled facilities are available within both toilet areas and include an adult disabled changing room with bed and hoist. Baby Change Facilities/Family Rooms are located next to the toilets and provide baby food heating facilities and nappy vending machines.
Public toilets
The nearest public toilets are located in the St James Barton underpass and in Castle Park on Newgate / Broad Weir.

Ask-Me-Point, The Mall Bristol
If you require any information about The Mall Bristol, Broadmead or the local area, please visit The Ask-Me-Point on the ground floor of The Mall Bristol. The Mall Team are always on hand to provide you with directions, help you locate lost property and provide any assistance you may require.
Information Desk, Cabot Circus
The Information Desk is located on level 2 and is operated during normal trading hours by four fully trained staff. They will not only answer questions about Cabot Circus, but are also happy to supply information about the local attractions and the surrounding area.
Touchscreens & signage
There are 20 touch screens located around Cabot Circus, Quakers Friars and Broadmead. These interactive units provide information on retailers, promotions, centre services and transport. Additionally, signs and maps are located throughout the shopping area showing a directory of stores and their locations.
Security
The Broadmead police team patrol the area regularly ensuring that it is a safe and secure place for customers to shop and enjoy spending time. The Mall Bristol and Cabot Circus both employ a team of security guards which is on hand to answer customer queries.
ATMs
There are many cash machines located around Broadmead, on Union St (near to Thomas Cook and near the top of the street outside The Mall Bristol), on The Horsefair (outside Barclays and NatWest), on Broadmead (outside Lloyds and The Halifax) and on Merchant St (outside Abbey). Cash machines are also located on the ground floor and top floor of The Mall Bristol. Additionally ATMs can also be found in Cabot Circus.
