37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri) 9am - 5.30pm
Occasional weekend work may be required

The Mall is a national community shopping centre brand with 18 shopping malls.
The Mall Bristol is located at the heart of Broadmead, Bristol and has over 100 shops and a 1000 space car park.
Your role will be to provide a high level of customer service excellence and assist customers / retailers with a range of general enquires. You will also be involved with assisting the Marketing Manager in the commercial management of the centre and help formulate and implement the marketing and promotional strategies.
You must be a first class team player, but also be able to work on your own initiative. You should have an outgoing personality and strong communication skills along with a flexible approach. You must demonstrate that you have managed people in a previous role and a background in retail / customer facing industry coupled with marketing knowledge / qualifications is preferable.
